Upper Level

The kitchen, living and dining area is open plan so you can admire the ocean views while preparing a meal in the gourmet kitchen complete with double door fridge, dishwasher and gas stove.

Off the living area is the guest room with queen bed and adjacent guest bathroom.

At the end of the hallway is the air conditioned master bedroom and en suite bathroom. Both the master and guest bedrooms open onto a private patio. 

Both bedrooms upstairs have air conditioning.

Lower Level

Perfect for a family or teenagers, this level has two bedrooms and a shared bathroom. Both bedrooms lead out to private garden patios. There is also a wet bar so you can prepare your morning coffee or midnight snack without having to go upstairs.

One bedroom has a queen sleigh bed, and the other has two twin beds that can convert into a king bed.

Outside

With an expansive deck upstairs, or the garden patios downstairs, there are plenty of areas to relax. Snooze in the hammocks, sip sunset cocktails, or enjoy an outdoor dining experience. Take in the panoramic views of the Sir Francis Drake Channel from the sunset deck . The property also has a variety of tropical fruits and colorful foliage. 

Location

Less than a minute walk down the private Spring Bay Estate road takes you to the pristine Spring Bay Beach with white sand and turquoise water. Snorkel around the boulders over the the world famous Baths National Park, or stroll along the powdery sand and explore the tranquil beaches to the north.
