Living Space
Enjoy cooking in your gourmet kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher and granite counter tops. The magnificent marble dining table will add luxury to your meal time. The living room features comfortable wicker furnishings and smart TV so you can log into your Netflix account and keep up with your binge watching! There is Wifi throughout the villa allowing you to keep in touch with home, or post some stunning photos to Instagram.
Bedrooms
The master bedroom features a stately four poster California king size bed and en suite bathroom. Hardwood floors add warmth and coziness. Open the windows and enjoy constant breezes day and night.
The two guest bedrooms both have queen size beds and en suite bathrooms. High ceilings and ceiling fans help circulate the cool ocean breezes.
Outdoor Living
Sprawling decks connect the guest bedrooms to the main house. The pool is positioned perfectly in between and is partially shaded. Relax in the two hammocks overlooking the Atlantic ocean, or dine alfresco at one of the two outdoor dining tables. Chaise lounges and outdoor couches add even more space to kick back and relax.
Location
Located in Whale Bay Estates at the very southern end of Virgin Gorda. This is the closest estate to the world famous Baths National Park so you can be the first ones to explore the stunning caves every day! You are also only a three minute walk away from Mad Dog's Bar and Top of the Baths Restaurant where you can enjoy meals and scrumptious pina coladas.

Tax and Deposit Policy
- Four person rate based on two bedrooms. Two person rate based on master bedroom only.
- 10% government tax must be added to the rates above. We do not charge a service charge, but we do encourage guests to leave a gratuity for the housekeepers at the end of their stay.
- No extra people over 6 people.
- Christmas minimum stay requirement, 10 nights. No discounts.
- A 50% deposit of the reservation is requested upon booking. The balance plus tax is due 45 days prior to arrival date. The deposit and final payment are non refundable, unless the space can be filled, in which case a $100 cancellation fee will be charged.
- We accept personal checks, money orders, cash, wire transfers or credit cards. Wire transfers are subject to a $35 bank fee. Credit card payments are subject to a 4% administration fee.
